Salary: £ – £118 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (5 days a week)
Are you a Health & Social Care graduate looking to gain meaningful experience working with children and young people?
Do you want to build a career as a Care Worker, Youth Worker, Social Worker, or within the wider education and support sector?
This is an excellent opportunity to step into the classroom and support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), SEMH, and Speech & Language difficulties. Our partner schools across West Yorkshire are looking for passionate, caring individuals ready to make a difference.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting students with 1:1 and group interventions
2. Assisting children in their social, emotional, and academic development
3. Helping create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
4. Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support
5. Encouraging independence and celebrating every success

6. A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach
7. An interest in working with children with SEND
8. Flexibility and adaptability to support different needs each day
9. Experience with SEND (personal or professional) is desirable but not essential
10. A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them thrive
