Junior ServiceNow Developer
Location: UK-based, fully remote
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + bonus & benefits

What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the design, configuration, and development of solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily across ITSM.
* Writing and maintaining scripts, business rules, UI policies, and platform automation.
* Assisting in requirement gathering, documentation, and testing activities.
* Helping to maintain instance health, upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.
* Working closely with senior developers and architects to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions.
What we’re looking for
* 1–2 years’ ServiceNow development experience.
* ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification (essential).
* Good understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
* Basic JavaScript and Glide API skills.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub (nice to have).
* Knowledge of Agile ways of working and ITIL principles (advantageous).
