Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through telemarketing efforts, utilising CRM software to track interactions and manage leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, making it a perfect fit for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to promote our products and services
* Utilise B2C sales techniques to effectively communicate value propositions
* Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions using Google sheets
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Onboard new businesses
Qualifications
* Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment
* Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* A keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills
