This is a hybrid working opportunity, working two days in the office, and three from home. The two days in the office are essential for collaboration, so please only read on if you're able to attend in their Baldock location within this hybrid setup.
Being a Product Manager, you'll likely know you'll be involved with, and driving the below:
* Ownership of new and existing product development schemes across the business
* Building a product development growth strategy for your ranges
* liaison with the technical team and being the champion for 'customer voice' to ensure products are category leaders
* You'll be working really closely with the NPD function, but ideally you will of been a 'creative product thinker'... as this role will have a big hand in new product concept and development
* Support of the Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure the products are positioned correctly with commercial gains in mind
* Packaging champion - you'll be aware of modern day restrictions and restraints... as well as chances for creative packaging innovation
We're looking for solid PM experience, circa four years plus... ideally within consumer products.
