You will handle high-quality privately funded family law matters and play a key role in the continued growth of the Manchester practice. The Role: You will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters including: Divorce and separation matters. High-value financial remedy proceedings. Private children law disputes. Cohabitation and TOLATA matters. Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Complex relationship breakdown and asset protection matters. Advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals. Key Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion. Deliver exceptional client care and build long-term client relationships. Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider national family department. Participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
