Operations Executive, Scaling SaaS business in HR Tech
Remote (UK-based)
On behalf of our client, a highly regarded SaaS business in the HR Tech/People Development space, we’re seekingan Operations Executive to play a key role in keeping platform, programmes and client delivery running smoothly. You’ll sit at the centre of operations; making sure things run reliably, problems get solved quickly, and nothing falls through the gaps.
This is not a narrow or purely administrative role. It’s for someone who takes real pride in execution and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
The Role
You’ll support the day-to-day running of our platform and client programmes across multiple business lines.
On any given week, you might be:
* Resolving a platform issue for a client
* Coordinating the rollout of a new client programme
* Improving workflows in HubSpot
* Building reports and dashboards
* Managing multiple moving parts across internal teams and external stakeholders
The common thread: ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
You’ll report into the Head of Operations and work closely with teams across client delivery, product and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Platform & Programme Operations
* Manage day-to-day platform operations, including user queries, issues, onboarding and session coordination
* Support the rollout and delivery of client programmes from handover through to execution
* Monitor progress, engagement and completion across programmes
* Maintain high data quality across systems and CRM (HubSpot)
Coordination & Delivery
* Coordinate schedules, logistics and delivery across multiple concurrent programmes
* Act as a key point of contact for operational queries from clients and partners
* Ensure all moving parts are aligned and nothing is missed
* Maintain clear documentation and visibility across programmes
Data, Reporting & Systems
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards across key metrics
* Track engagement, usage and operational performance
* Identify trends, flag issues early and provide clear insights
* Improve workflows and reduce manual effort across tools
* Feed platform and operational issues into product/tech teams

What We’re Looking For
Must haves
* Experience in operations, programme coordination, or client-facing support
* Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment (important)
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Able to work with data, build reports and draw conclusions
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot ideal, others fine)
Strong Pluses
* Experience in B2B SaaS or people/HR tech environments
* Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make)
* Experience with reporting or BI tools
