We are seeking a talented and motivated Mortgage Case Manager to join our fast-growing and ambitious client. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers through the mortgage process, managing applications from submission through to completion, and ensuring a seamless and professional service.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the mortgage application process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and customers to progress applications efficiently
* Providing regular updates to customers, delivering an excellent experience throughout their journey
* Supporting advisers and colleagues by preparing documents, gathering information, and resolving issues quickly
* Maintaining detailed and accurate records to meet regulatory requirements
* Helping the business meet and exceed service targets and KPIs
What we expect from you:
* Previous experience as a Mortgage Case Manager, Mortgage Administrator, or within a mortgage processing role
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products, criteria, and lender requirements
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications at once
* Clear and confident communication skills, able to build strong working relationships with customers and third parties
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving
