1. Day-to-Day Duties
o Precisely interpret engineering blueprints and schematics.
o Select the best welding techniques, including MIG and TIG.
o Gather and inspect materials to ensure they match with orders.
o Strategically organize the sequence of job tasks.
o Skillfully use various shop tools like saws and cranes safely.
2. Efficiently utilize welding devices following stringent safety measures.
3. Calibrate welding settings with accuracy for optimal performance.
4. Adhere to personal protective equipment protocols diligently.
5. Apply correct safety lenses for each welding task as per OSHA mandates.
6. Support corporate safety, procedures, and quality benchmarks.
7. Uphold a tidy and orderly workstation.
8. Maintain consistent punctuality and reliability.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Education: High school diploma or similar qualification favored.
Professional Expertise: At least 24 months of welding practice, prioritizing MIG techniques.
Work Hours
Regular Schedule: Weekdays 6 AM - 2:30 PM with potential for extended hours until 4:30 PM depending on workload. Optional Saturdays 6 AM - midday if necessary.
