A popular food business is looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager! You'll be an advocate for high Food Safety standards, a driver of continuous improvement, and have solid knowledge of BRC, retailer COPs, customer requirements, and specifications. The role will take ownership of the QMS, ensuring compliance, maintaining standards, and supporting customer relationships across the business. In addition a confident communicator with the ability to adapt quickly in an evolving market. Their responsibilities for the role include: * Management of internal QMS, non-conformances, investigations and sustainable corrective actions implemented * Effective management and communication of detailed reports/updates on performance * Supporting the Technical team in HACCP studies, reviewing records for compliance to procedures and updating where required * Online portals review and updates * Key contact for customer and suppliers for quality issues What is your new employer looking for - displays genuine commitment, communicates with confidence with all levels from the factory teams and senior management to customers.
