We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic person to support the Insite Manager in developing the business by capitalising on profitable sales opportunities, maintaining good customer care practices, and exceeding customer expectations whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing (Stock/Non-Stock) items based on customer requirements.
* Supporting consistent delivery of high levels of customer service.
* Achieving unit cost reduction savings compared to previous suppliers and OEMs.
* Assisting team members with enquiries and issues.
* Organising site visits with preferred supply partners to identify and assist with value-added activities.
* Proactively seeking sales opportunities across all departments, including site leasing.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Self-driven and motivated to complete each task successfully.
* Experience in a similar role with transferable skills.
