Customer Service Representative
Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our client based in Norwich who specialise in 24/7 Care solutions on a part time basis of 15 hours per week, working only at weekends.
This role is perfect for someone with an empathetic approach, who likes working in a fast-paced environment delivering outstanding customer experiences to vulnerable customers.
You must be available for 2 weeks training Monday - Friday - 9.30am - 5pm for the first two weeks for training.

Salary: Pro Rata £9,601.80 Per Year with bonus up to 20% (£24,004.50 Full Time Per Annum)
Hours: Saturday and Sunday - 15 Hours Per Week
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative
Providing excellent customer service via calls, emails and live chat.
Receive and respond to queries via email and over the phone
Working with all departments to ensure quality and accuracy is maintained throughout
Resolving customer issues raised through inbound calls
Outbound calling customers to follow up on their enquiries
Key Skills and Experience of Customer Service Agent:
Have an excellent telephone manner
Can build rapport with customers along with being patient and empathetic
Are reliable, trustworthy and motivated
1 Year experience in customer facing role and display great customer service skills
Comfortable using a CRM although training is provided
