Key Responsibilities Lead the CRM, Retention, and Lifecycle Marketing strategy across email, SMS, and loyalty platforms. Build and optimise automated customer journeys — welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, loyalty, and win-back. Manage and grow the subscriber base, ensuring GDPR compliance and data hygiene. Plan, brief, and execute email marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement and repeat purchase. Collaborate with E-commerce, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to align messaging and timing. Write and test compelling content that reflects brand tone and resonates with the community. Analyse and report on key CRM metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion rate, repeat purchase, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Develop loyalty and referral initiatives to drive retention and advocacy. Champion new tech, tools, and channels — from Klaviyo to emerging CRM and marketing automation trends. What You’ll Bring 4 years’ experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally within fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands. Proven experience with Klaviyo (or similar) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy. Experience with email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing. A creative yet commercial thinker with excellent copywriting and campaign planning skills. Comfortable working at pace in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
