This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Services team as a Project Officer for Shared Spaces, managing key projects around the management of shared spaces and relationships with all landlords, other council departments, and external agencies with whom we share space.
The post holder will focus on developing a cohesive management approach for the spaces in line with current regulations and legislation. The role requires excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
A current valid full UK driving license with access to a vehicle is required, as this role will include visiting sites across Warwick District Council.

The postholder is expected to work predominantly from home; however, attendance at our offices or sites within Warwick District is required as needed. Any travel costs from home to the office will be reimbursed by the employer. Office and hybrid working arrangements are also available.
