Thousands of people, whether they're 50 or in their 90s, can afford a mortgage to live the life they deserve. But when it comes to lending to them, high-street banks often don't recognise their wealth of life experience.

LiveMore, creates mortgages designed for life from 50 to 90+ and we like to say yes, so our customers. don’t have to miss out on the goals of extra retirement income, a second home, gifts to children or home improvements. We can also help by customers who are on high monthly payments, are forced to sell, downsize or rent. Whether our customers are working, enjoying their retirement or a bit of both, our mission is simple: we are a solution-led lender to enable our customers to keep living the life they love.

LiveMore is an innovative company with ambitious plans; our ultimate goals is to become the main household name for later-life lending, and we know that our people are the key to achieving this goal.

The role

You will raise awareness of LiveMore in your region by working with intermediaries to increase origination levels. We take an evidence-based approach to sales at LiveMore, using industry data to identify opportunities that will bring the most value. Therefore, we expect you to be comfortable with using data to drive your activity and be able to evidence this. We are a collaborative business, and we will provide you with the support you need to hit your targets.

Responsibilities

* Take a strategic approach to sales by using the available systems and data to identify the best-performing brokers to manage relationships with, and ultimately achieve your target.
* Identifying opportunities for new relationships using data, testing the opportunity, and taking the appropriate strategic action.
* Finding and targeting the appropriate people in firms to build relationships with, to increase the chance of applications.
* Provide support to other Key Account Managers when required, e.g., mentoring, championing use of data and sharing successful sales techniques.
* Draw on support from other areas of the business, e.g., technology, operations, marketing and underwriting, to help you to answer queries from brokers and ultimately increase business volumes.
* Seeking qualitative feedback from brokers about our products and services to help us to identify new product/development opportunities and new areas of the market to penetrate.
* Keep your knowledge of LiveMore’s products, credit policy and criteria up to date to enable you to answer questions from brokers in the moment, by attending regular bite-sized training sessions led by the Head of Underwriting.
* Attending industry events, representing LiveMore and operating as an expert in your field.
* Acting with integrity, and ensuring that you are recommending products and services within the Consumer Duty rules.
* Solid experience in the later-life lending market.
* Existing relationships in the later-life space.
* Wide breadth of knowledge of later-life lending products.
* Excellent business development skills
