The successful candidate will provide leadership to a small team of Provider Support Officers who together will help deliver the borough's vision in Social Care. The key responsibilities of this role include: Monitoring and scrutinising Electric Call Monitoring ECM usage from Homecare Providers Management of IT Systems for Social Care including Controcc/IAS/Marketplace and the Care and Support Directory Providing reporting/analysis to support the operational contract monitoring and placement data analysis to provide an improved overview of the provider market and increased financial control and support Job Requirements A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Proven experience in a managerial role within Social Care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in managing IT systems for Social Care Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Company Information This company is a leading provider of Social Care services in the UK.
