As a Central Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders, financial transactions, and stock management. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, troubleshooting issues and ensuring all operational processes run efficiently. Your role will be vital in maintaining accuracy in order management, financial reconciliation, and reporting to support the business in delivering outstanding customer service. A day in the life of No two days are the same in this fast paced role, but heres a glimpse of what you might be doing: Reviewing and actioning order updates to ensure all data is 100% accurate. Investigating discrepancies in stock levels and making necessary adjustments. Processing refunds, chargebacks, and reconciling financial records to maintain accuracy. Collaborating with our Trade and Customer Care teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Monitoring supplier and finance portals to mitigate data mismatches and ensure seamless order processing. Generating daily reports to support different business functions, including customer insights, stock discrepancies, and financial reconciliation. Identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to drive operational efficiency In an ideal world Were searching for someone with a keen eye for detail, a drive for efficiency, and a passion for delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will have: Strong experience in Google Sheets and other Google applications. Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk. Experience interacting with external supplier web portals. Knowledge of order management, financial reconciliation, and warehouse management systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. A meticulous approach to spotting anomalies and preventing errors. A strong desire to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ability to quickly adapt to change with a can-do attitude. A high drive to support your team in achieving accuracy and performance goals. A passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation. The ability to forge strong relationships across different business areas.
