We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and courtesy.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
* Support team members with various tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Strong proficiency in basic mathematics for handling financial data accurately.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in using standard office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
