Electrical Testing and Fixed Wirer Tester – Aberdeen
Role:
As a qualified Electrician, Industrial Electrician, Electrical Engineer or COMPEX Electrician, you will work independently within a global engineering organization to carry out statutory inspections and electrical testing across a wide range of industrial and commercial environments. Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out inspection and electrical testing of installations in commercial and industrial environments.
* Conduct EICRs.
* Ensure all work complies with current electrical standards, 18th Edition regulations and Health & Safety requirements.
* Produce accurate technical inspection reports within agreed timescales.
* Provide professional technical advice to clients.
* Maintain high customer service standards.
* Identify potential additional service opportunities.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* 18th Edition (BS7671) regulations – essential.
* City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 – Inspection & Testing qualification essential.
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Electrical Installation (Part 1,2 &3 or 2365 Diploma).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Good IT skills and ability to produce technical reports.
* Strong knowledge of electrical installations.
Desirable:
* COMPEX 01-04.
* Experience in fixed wirer testing.
* Time-served apprenticeship.
