Are you an experienced care home manager ready to lead a well-established residential service? We're looking for a Registered Home Manager to oversee the smooth running of our client's care home and ensure the highest standards of care for their residents.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential care home
2. Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
3. Manage, support, and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision
4. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
5. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders
6. Monitor budgets and maintain financial oversight of the service
If you're passionate about elderly care, hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and have strong experience in residential care management, this is your chance to make a lasting difference.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) or equivalent
* Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, Residential Manager, or similar leadership role in adult social care
* In-depth understanding of CQC standards and compliance
* Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
* Compassionate, resident-focused approach with a commitment to person-centred care
