Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interim Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a major construction programme over a 12-month period. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and managing complex programme schedules and must have a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle, specifically the RIBA Plan of Work stages.
This role is outside IR35, offers a competitive daily rate, and requires a candidate who holds current DV clearance and is a sole UK national due to the sensitivity of the programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and monitor comprehensive programme schedules for construction projects, aligned with the RIBA stages.
* Lead programme planning, coordination, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
* Ensure programme dependencies, risks, and milestones are clearly defined and proactively managed.
* Collaborate with project delivery teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with delivery timelines.
* Provide regular updates, reporting, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
* Act as the central point of coordination for programme delivery and scheduling assurance.
