Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Birmingham. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle P&L management, and budgeting. The role also involves hiring and training new staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and implementing customer service strategies.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in P&L Management and Budgeting skills
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Hiring and training staff
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
