We are looking for several organised and detail-focussed Office Workers to join our client’s warehouse in Coalville. This is a hands-on office role in a fast-paced environment where you will be working as part of a small, dedicated team, mostly working independently but contributing to the success of the team. Responsible for scanning and naming artwork as it arrives at the warehouse.

Pay for an Office Worker:
£12.21 per hour
Weekly pay
Over time paid after 48 hours per week
Hours for a Office Worker:
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Hours may extend from 7am to 7pm during busy periods
Duties of an Office Worker:
Scan and process artwork packs
Handle artwork with care
Prepare artwork ready for print
Entering data on to in-house computer system
Operating scanning software (training provided)
Navigating files and folders
Adding names to artwork
Quality checking.
Working to hourly and daily targets.
Repetative tasks.
Required Skills for an Office Worker:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Hardworking
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
Ability to follow instructions.
Dexterity.
Attension to detail and to be able to spot issues.
Ability to navigate different IT systems.
Basic computer skills for data entry
Ability to work in a busy and high-demanding environment
Ability to work effectively and develop good working relationships with colleagues
