We’re working with a pioneering GreenTech organisation on a mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable living by delivering smarter, accessible, and cost-effective green energy solutions for electric vehicle charging.
As part of their next phase of growth, they’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead / Principal / Staff Engineer to guide engineering squads while still being deeply involved in technical delivery. You’ll play a key part in shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices across the platform.
They’re looking for people with experience in:
* Kotlin (or strong Java engineers willing to transition)
* AWS or other major cloud platforms
* Event-driven & microservices architectures
* Working in modern, product-driven tech environments
* Leading teams while remaining technically hands-on
