This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, creative storyteller who enjoys being both in front of the camera and behind it, bringing fresh, engaging content to life across multiple platforms. About the Role This is a fully office-based position, working at the heart of the client's content production team. You'll plan, film, edit, and post high-quality videos, reels, and stories that highlight their people, culture, and services. From brainstorming creative ideas to confidently appearing on camera, you'll help shape how their brand connects with audiences online. Key Responsibilities Create engaging video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Represent the brand on camera - appearing in videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content. Develop creative concepts and stay up to date with the latest social media trends. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan campaigns and manage the content calendar. Track and analyse performance metrics to enhance future content strategies. The Ideal Candidate Confident and comfortable appearing on camera. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
