We're a young and dynamic transport company specialising in private hire and contract work across Lancashire. We're seeking an enthusiastic person to become an integral part of our small, friendly team at an exciting time of growth. The role is an admin role within transport logistics… an exciting position working alongside our transport manager and office team, with plenty to learn and opportunities to grow and step up within the business.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and online channels
* Perform general administrative tasks
* Understand logistics and plan bookings effectively
* Increase sales through effective communication
* Work independently and as part of a close-knit team of 6 office staff and 40+ drivers
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Superb phone etiquette and customer service
* Proficiency in IT systems
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to commute to our Blackpool office daily
* Previous administrative experience is an advantage
* Logistics experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is more important

Work Schedule
* Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday (to be discussed) – 9am to 5pm
