* Keep up to date with changes to these instructions and suggest improvements.
* Maintain correct and valid licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV).
* Stick to safety standards and follow instructions.
* Work in an organised and methodical way.
Training & Development
* Complete all required training.
* Take extra courses to grow professionally.
* Use technology to support your job.
* Renew licences 16 weeks before they expire.
Security & Health & Safety
* Spot and report any hazards.
* Stay aware of risks or threats at work and act to prevent issues.
* Use good judgement and call for help if needed.
* Stay calm and professional in tough situations.
* Write clear notes after any incident for reporting.
* Stick to your schedule and remain committed.
* Make check-in calls at assigned times.
* Report incidents to emergency services and the communication centre.
