Housekeeping Team Member
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our hotel is clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all guest areas—including guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards—and ensuring that service levels are exceptional. Your role involves servicing hotel bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated time frames, reporting any damages or breakages promptly, and returning all equipment to their allotted storerooms at the end of each working day. You will also keep the storerooms and working areas clean and tidy.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role with attention to detail in housekeeping.
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service and pride in delivering clean, well‑maintained guest rooms and public areas.
* Team player who is reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively.
* Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet allocated time frames.
* Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with other departments.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
* Good eye for detail, able to spot areas needing extra attention such as stains or damaged items.
