The Registered Manager will: Lead the homes through dual Ofsted registration, ensuring compliance with all standards. Oversee the setup and operation of eight solo homes, providing personalised care. Develop a positive, nurturing environment for children and staff. Build and manage a skilled, dedicated team with strong leadership. Implement individualised care plans for each child's needs. Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders like local authorities and families. Drive continuous improvement to maintain high standards of care. The ideal Registered Manager will have: Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager in a childrens residential setting. Strong understanding of safeguarding, regulations, and Ofsted standards. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards it).
