<div><p>Up to £30,000 per annum</p><h3>Role Overview:</h3><p>Join our dynamic marketing team as an Event Manager! Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, you’ll elevate our Farm Division’s brand profile at major agricultural shows and events nationwide.</p><h3>What Youll Be Doing:</h3><ul><li>Transporting and building our marquee at major agriculture events throughout the UK</li><li>Organising and coordinating top agricultural shows</li><li>Building relationships with agricultural show societies, breed societies, and farmer groups</li><li>Preparing marketing materials in line with brand guidelines</li><li>Developing and executing detailed event plans, including budgets and equipment needs</li><li>Preparing quarterly activity plans, weekly show reports, and market analysis</li><li>Overseeing the storage and upkeep of show equipment, booking accommodations, and ensuring all stands are immaculate</li><li>Sharing innovative ideas with the team and continuously striving for improvement</li></ul><h3>About You:</h3><ul><li>UK Driving Licence (HGV qualification or willingness to qualify is a plus)</li><li>Creative thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Superior organizational skills</li><li>Willingness to work outside typical hours and travel throughout the UK for events</li></ul><h3>About Us:</h3><p>Agri-Lloyd, part of the Tangerine Group, has been a leader in animal health and nutrition for over 40 years.
