Role Description 📝
AsSenior Creative Designer, you’ll be the driving force behind how Winnrz looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint. You’ll translate our brand vision into bold, memorable designs that stop the scroll, excite our audience, and inspire participation.
This is a hands‑on, conceptual, and strategic role. You’ll craft visually stunning campaigns, guide the brand aesthetic, and collaborate closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure every piece of creative not only looks great — but performs great.
What You’ll Be Doing ✅
* Lead theconcept, design, and executionof creative campaigns across digital, social, and brand platforms.
* Develop high‑quality visuals forads, social media, landing pages, email, and product campaigns.
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and wider team to shape brand identity and storytelling.
* Build and evolvebrand guidelinesto ensure a consistent and distinctive visual voice.
* Create eye‑catching content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Partner with performance and content teams to ensure creative isdata‑informed and results‑driven.
* Stay ahead ofdesign trends, pop culture, and social moments to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
* Manage multiple projects with precision, creativity, and speed.
* Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the creative team.
* 8–10 years of experience ingraphic design, digital design, or brand creative, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, or entertainment brands.
* Proven ability to develop and executeconcept‑driven campaignsthat drive awareness and engagement.
* Strong expertise inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
* A portfolio showcasingconceptual thinking, versatility, and strong visual impact.
* Excellent understanding ofsocial‑first content designand what performs across platforms.
* Passion for creativity, storytelling, and audience connection.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
