Our client a Large Local Authority have a requirement for x2 Customer Services - One Stop Shop Revenue & Benefits Customer Care Officer. The Role : Helping residents with all aspects of Revenues and Benefits enquiries. Hourly rates : PAYE £21.60, LTD £28.56 Resolving any queries at first point of contact where possible and liaising with our Revenues and Benefits team when necessary.
