We are currently seeking an experiencedQuality Inspectorto join a precision engineering company in Leicester. This role plays a vital part in ensuring products meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance for both machined and fabricated components.
Key Responsibilities
 * Carry outin-process, first-off and patrol inspectionsof machined and fabricated parts
 * Work in accordance withISO 9001:2015 standards
 * Use a range of manual and digital inspection tools such asmicrometers, verniers, gauges, callipers, and height gauges
 * Read and interpretengineering drawings and customer specifications
 * Conductgoods-in and visual inspectionswith high attention to detail
 * Assist withcalibration and controlof inspection and gauging equipment
 * Support a culture ofcontinuous improvement and excellent housekeeping
 * Collaborate effectively within a small, experienced inspection team
Desirable Experience
 * Proficiency withCMM equipment
 * Previousweld inspectionor fabrication experience
 * Prior experience in aprecision engineering or manufacturing environment
Ideal Candidate
 * Strong technical background with an eye for detail
 * Ability to work across shifts as required
 * Excellent communication and teamwork skills
