About the Role:
Imperial Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a leading printing company based in Washington to appoint a Key Account Manager.
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll take responsibility for managing and growing relationships with some of the business’s most important customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities, deliver solutions, and drive long-term client satisfaction and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients.

Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.

Oversee project delivery, ensuring products and services meet client expectations.

Act as the link between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Resolve issues and maintain long-term partnerships built on trust and value.

Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and client performance reviews.
About You:

Proven experience in account management or a customer-facing commercial role (print industry experience preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*
Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.
*
Commercially astute, with a focus on delivering value and protecting margin.
*
Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
