Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum

Be part of the movement to grow women's golf across England. We're looking for two passionate and motivated individuals to join as Women's Membership Growth Officers. In this exciting role, you'll work with golf clubs, professionals, communities and partners to roll out a bold new club model designed to grow women's membership and create more inclusive pathways into the sport. We're looking for someone who has:
* a proven ability to lead and deliver change at club level, ideally within sport or community settings.
* strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders from club members to senior leaders.
* experience in sports development or club operations, with a good understanding of golf structures and governance.
* analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess club needs and identify opportunities for growth.
* a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams, counties, and external partners.
* a passion for inclusion and growing women's participation in sport, with a practical, action-oriented approach.
The post is full-time (Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm core hours) however, you may be required to travel and work evenings and weekends infrequently.
This is a remote role covering a defined region in either the North or South of England. The successful candidate will be expected to travel within their designated area and attend meetings and events at England Golf headquarters, located at The National Golf Centre in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, as required.
