We support quarterly Oracle release reviews, testing, and deployments. We maintain and configure Oracle Fusion modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruit, Learn, Time & Absence, and Remuneration. We assist with issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. We maintain testing documentation and release plans. We support integrations and system data flows. We deliver guidance and training to HR and Payroll users. We manage incidents and updates through ServiceNow.
