ROLE OVERVIEW (PURPOSE) In order for our customers to operate and maintain our platforms and services safely, Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) are responsible for the systematic process for the assessment and development of training solutions, designed specifically for the purpose of formal training delivery. This is achieved through an analytical approach of the development of training material, having a detailed understanding of how individuals learn, the various tools/technologies to support the transfer of knowledge, the attainment of skills, the development of attitudes, and the needs of the instructor. As a member of the Training Development Team you will perform a key role in providing mission critical training solutions that are of vital importance to our Company and to the Defence and Security of our customers.
