Overview
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, provide companionship, and share moments and memories. The role is varied and rewarding as you put your dedication and compassion to meaningful use, including support with meals and following care plans, and ensuring that each resident has one-to-one time.
Responsibilities
* Help residents with daily living and provide support and companionship
* Follow individual care plans and ensure residents receive appropriate care
* Assist with meals and hydration as required
* Provide one-to-one engagement to residents

About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, and you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
