Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with a large distribution company who are currently seeking an Administrator to join their on-site Health & Safety and Quality team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and confidence working with data and documents in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: - General administrative support to the Health & Safety and Quality teams - Data input, basic analysis, and data extraction using Excel - Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations - Document filing and ongoing document management/upkeep Ideal Candidate: - Strong administrative and organisational skills - Confident using Excel and PowerPoint - Good attention to detail - Comfortable working with data and documentation - Previous admin experience in an office or site-based environment preferred Working Hours: - Monday to Friday - Either 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm - 30-minute lunch break Pay & Hours: - £12.56ph (37.5 hours per week)
