This position is ideal for a confident and experienced Senior Veterinary Leader with a passion for driving clinical standards, shaping veterinary strategy, and leading high‑performing teams. The Senior Clinical Director will hold overall responsibility for clinical provision across the veterinary group, working closely with an experienced business leader to ensure operational success and outstanding patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support senior veterinary teams and branch leaders Develop and implement clinical strategy, governance, and standards Drive continuous improvement in clinical excellence and veterinary services Identify opportunities for service development and business growth alongside departmental leaders Support veterinary teams in delivering exceptional patient and client care Collaborate with senior leadership to shape future business and clinical strategy Provide oversight of clinical provision across the group Maintain an active clinical caseload Role Details

The ideal candidate will be an experienced veterinary professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to influence clinical performance and team development. Significant experience in veterinary leadership or clinical director roles Strong knowledge of clinical governance and veterinary best practice Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team development skills Experience driving service improvement and operational performance Commitment to delivering exceptional standards of patient care Confidence working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and business leaders Benefits
