Role Overview We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Secretary to support the daily operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys keeping systems organised, managing schedules, and supporting a busy team. Key Responsibilities Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries Scheduling appointments and coordinating installation or survey visits Maintaining accurate customer records and job 0les Preparing quotes, invoices, and general office documents Liaising with customers, installers, and suppliers Ordering office supplies and maintaining oice organisation Assisting management with general administrative tasks Requirements Previous office or administrative experience Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident using Microsoft office and general office systems Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional and friendly manner when dealing with customers Desirable (Not Essential) Previous experience in the double glazing, construction, or home improvement industry Familiarity with quoting or job-management systems What We Offer Competitive salary (depending on experience) Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a developing company This is based on a 37.5 hour week
