YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Consultant at GRC Surgical, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing sales budgets by leveraging your sales skills, technical expertise, and exceptional customer relationship abilities. Your primary responsibility will be to represent GRC Surgical’s portfolio of surgical devices, which are essential in detecting breast cancers and other medical issues.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work closely with external customers (mostly, gynaecology/breast care surgeons, radiologist and theatre staff) to contribute to our vision of delivering superior clinical outcomes for Australian patients across Victoria.
You would be responsible managing complex sales projects, leading trials and providing in-service sessions to prepare teams to adopt new technologies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
1. Surgical Sales Experience: Proven experience in surgical sales, particularly in the healthcare industry.
2. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
3. Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and disseminate technical information effectively.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities to prioritise tasks and achieve optimal performance.
5. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present information clearly and confidently.
7. Self-Driven: Ability to work autonomously, showing initiative and proactive behaviour.
8. Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
9. Clinical Background: Experience as a registered nurse or allied health professional, with relevant clinical or product knowledge.
10. Commercial Acumen: Previous commercial or sales experience, with strong business writing and account management skills.
