The Company

With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality graphics, signage, and branded environments, they support major venues and clients across the UK.
The Role
Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this role focuses on building and nurturing strong client relationships across London specifically with the Construction client portfolio. You will act as the primary point of contact, working closely with client-side marketing teams and site managers to understand their needs and ensure the successful delivery of branding projects. You will coordinate internal teams and manage ongoing communications to guarantee client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across London.
* Work closely with marketing teams and site managers to understand project goals and client requirements.
* Advise clients on creative and practical branding, signage, and large-format graphics solutions.
* Coordinate with internal project and production teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client projects.
* Attend client meetings and site visits to support project planning and delivery.
* Act as a trusted advisor, managing expectations and resolving any issues proactively.
* Monitor project progress and communicate updates clearly to clients and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
* Based in London or within easy commuting distance.
* Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within the property, construction, or built environment sectors.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
* Confident in proposing creative and practical branding and signage solutions.
* Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and the Watford office.
