The Gym Receptionist Role
Our leisure team is committed to ensuring our leisure and gym facilities are ready for action, to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.
Our Gym Receptionist love to support our members and guests ambitions to run longer, try harder and aim higher to achieve their goals. Its far more than just handing out towels!
You will ensure our standards of cleanliness are high and our guests are safe, and will have the personality to host the show
As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the leisure department
As Gym Receptionist, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Handle check-ins, bookings, and membership queries.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.
Monitor access to the gym and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Assist with administrative tasks.
Promote gym services, classes, and products.
Support the wider team with events, promotions, and member engagement activities.
Conduct routine pool water testing to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Record and report pool test results accurately and promptly.
Notify management of any irregularities or issues with pool water quality.
