Job Advert: QTS Year 6 Primary Teacher (Booster & Intervention Focus)

Contract: Part-time (3 days per week)

Are you a passionate, positive and dedicated QTS Primary Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact on Year 6 learners? A warm, welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Hinckley (LE10 & Surrounding areas) is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to lead Year 6 booster sessions and small-group intervention work.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, committed, and creative Year 6 specialist who can:
* Deliver high-quality booster sessions to support SATs preparation
* Lead targeted intervention groups to raise attainment in reading, writing and maths
* Provide engaging, confidence-boosting learning experiences tailored to individual needs
* Work closely with the Year 6 team to ensure consistency and progress
* Foster a nurturing and encouraging learning environment

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching or supporting Year 6
* Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum and SATs preparation
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A warm, enthusiastic and proactive approach to teaching and learning

DBS:
All applicants must hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one prior to starting work.
