Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional to join our school as a Teacher of Maths. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, motivated, and compassionate, dedicated to improving life chances for our students. As part of our rapid improvement journey, you will need to invest time, effort, and expertise to contribute to our continued success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for adding value to every learner in each teaching group, benchmarked against national criteria and data.
2. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the Schemes for Learning.
3. Utilise new technologies and adhere to school/Trust policies on Assessment for Learning and Learning to Learn.
4. Work collaboratively within an exceptional team to ensure creative and innovative teaching in every lesson.
5. Contribute to school improvement initiatives.
