We are looking for an Order Processor to provide an accurate and efficient order processing service on conservatories, roofs, doors and windows.
Position
What you'll be doing:
* Processing frames/orders for our trade customers, including windows, doors and conservatories
* Offering advice and technical support to customers
* Building and maintaining customer relationships, and liaising with internal teams as required
* Using Windows Designer and bespoke in-house software packages
* Based at our site in Wellingborough
Requirements
You will have:
* Ideally worked within data processing or data entry and enjoy working with standard processes
* Have some phone based customer service experience
* Excellent attention to detail and planning skills
* Ability to challenge & influence key stakeholders and work well under pressure
Other information
Salary: £22,308 - £24,000 per annum, Depending on experience.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
