Role Overview:

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Nursery Room Leader with the daily running of the nursery. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
* Providing behaviour support and managing small group sessions
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
* Supporting children with SEN and promoting positive behaviour strategies
* Collaborating with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children
Requirements:
