Basic salary KD 900 + Housing Allowance KD 200 + Transportation Allowance KD 100 (£3000 tax free)
One of the most prestigious, high-end private membership club in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Group Exercise & Personal Training Manager to lead its fitness and wellness programming. This exclusive club combines luxury lifestyle, world-class fitness, fine dining, and leisure facilities, providing an exceptional environment for both members and staff.

* Group Exercise division with:
* Pilates and Reformer studios

Role Responsibilities
* Deliver 3–4 engaging and safe group classes per day, 5 days per week
* Lead, train, and manage full-time and freelance instructors to ensure the highest quality programming
* Develop timetables, events, and workshops to enhance member engagement and retention
* Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure all group exercise activities reflect the exclusivity of the club
* Recruit, train, and mentor team members while driving innovation in programming
* Oversee safe practices, fitness assessments, and member orientation sessions
* Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and revenue opportunities through events and specialised classes
Candidate Profile
* 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role within fitness, hospitality, or wellness
* Strong background in group class delivery across multiple disciplines
* Expertise in program design, client assessment, and safe training practices
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage)
* CPR and First Aid certification required
