Key duties
* Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
* Medication administration
* Assisting and getting involved in residents\' daily activities, hobbies or outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
* Maintaining written daily records
* Attending and completing training, as required

Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
Linden Farm is a 10-bed supported living service for young adults with a diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities, located in Alfold near Cranleigh. The service consists of 5 individual apartments and 5 beds in communal surroundings. Residents engage in a wide activities program, supported by a team including Social Care Workers, Activities Co-ordinators and drivers.

* Salary: £12.40 per hour
* Role involves shift work and weekends on a rota basis
