We are looking for friendly people who would like to help support cats and kittens across Cornwall through flexible community fundraising activities. This voluntary role is welcoming and community‑focused, offering a great way to meet others and support local animal welfare.
Every year, cats and kittens from across Cornwall come into our care needing safety, veterinary support and a calm environment while they recover. Funds raised by volunteers locally help provide essentials such as food, care, medical treatment and the time needed for each cat to be ready for a new home.
Being Part of the Team
As a Community Fundraising Hub Volunteer, you'll be supported directly by our regional Community Fundraising Team. You will join a group of volunteers who enjoy helping their community, meeting new people and being part of a friendly, supportive team.
What You May Like to Help With:
This role is completely flexible. Activities may include:
- Helping at fundraising stands or stalls
- Supporting community events across Cornwall
- Talking to people about the work we do locally
- Sharing information in your community
- Assisting with simple practical tasks
- Sorting or recording donated items
- Coordinating your own small fundraising activities, such as store collections or simple community events, with support from our regional team
- Suggesting new ideas for community involvement
Prefer to Fundraise Your Way?
You can also support cats and kittens by organising your own activity through Fundraise Your Way, whether that's a walk, bake sale or another personal idea.
Who Can Get Involved:
- Anyone aged 18 or over
- No experience needed
- Friendly, community‑minded people
What We Provide:
- A warm and friendly welcome
- Support from our regional fundraising team
- Reimbursement of agreed out‑of‑pocket expenses
- Opportunities to gain confidence and new skills
Time Commitment:

Why Your Support Matters:
Cats and kittens across Cornwall rely on the care we provide. Your fundraising helps ensure they receive food, safety, medical care and the chance to start again.
